Swedish Massage

This classic form of basic massage uses light to deep pressure to release muscle tension, improve circulation, and assist in stress management. It concentrates on specific techniques that will enhance your therapeutic goals.
 

Hot Stone Massage

70 minutes - $65

The placement and use of warm, smooth stones penetrates heat while melting away pain. This massage uses moderate to deep pressure, stimulating the circulatory and nervous systems. It softens and relaxes muscles, releases toxins, relieves pain, and induces a deeper state of relaxation and peace.
 

Hands and Feet Massage

45 minutes - $40

Similar to a spa pedicure, this massage concentrates on your hands and feet. Session includes an aromatherapy bath, rejuvenating scrub, hydrating mask, massage, and paraffin dip. The hands and feet have reflex points that can reduce stress, promote relaxation, and assist in pain relief. Polish changes are optional for an additional charge.
 

Chair Massage

15 minutes - $15

This massage is performed fully clothed in a special chair designed to relax the head, neck, arms, hands, back, and hips. It incorporates basic massage techniques ranging from light to deep pressure, depending on your therapeutic needs.
 

Chakra Connection

30 minutes - $30

Reconnect your natural energy centers for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Based on the principles of Healing Touch, this technique is done fully clothed and involves opening and balancing the 7 major chakras and several minor ones.

Reiki / Healing Touch

60 minutes - $50

This ancient Japanese form of healing involves the laying on (or above) of hands to open and balance your body's natural energy. Done fully clothed, it brings about a deep relaxation, destroys energy blockages, detoxifies the system, speeds up the healing process, and can comfort and/or relieve pain.

(Healing Touch, which is endorsed by the National Nurses Association, is similar and some techniques will be used in combination.)
